Hybrid Air, Inc is a residential heating and air conditioning company serving communities of Virginia Beach and nearby area since 2008. We pride ourselves on hiring the best in the industry to meet the high quality expectations we set for our customers.

Currently we are in search of hard working, professional, experienced Comfort Advisor ready to take their sales career to the next level! The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience with a proven track record of success.

Work Hours: 40+ hours per week, with some evenings and weekends

Pay Scale: Commission Based + Bonuses

Position Summary: To educate consumers and existing clients about our company and our products in a manner that leaves a favorable impression thereby obtaining sales for the company that are competitive and profitable. Obtain additional sales leads for the company with the help of marketing and networking tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior outside sales experience, preferably in HVAC or similar industry
  • Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience working with Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Ability to work Evenings and Saturdays
  • Well organized and ability to work independently

Daily Duties:

  • Keep appointments with customers as scheduled.
  • Ask customers for permission to stake a job site sign when the job is sold.
  • Inform customers of all special promotions, the benefits of high efficiency equipment and optional equipment and products.
  • Offer financing on all proposals.
  • Present a proposal at the time of the first call if possible, always present the proposal in person, never mail or fax this to the customer.
  • Give sales presentations, as outlined in company selling process, use company presentation book.
  • Obtain additional sales leads for the company with the help of marketing and networking tools.
  • Follow up with customers after installations to assure 100% customer satisfaction
  • Return to completed jobs for quality checks, ask for referrals and hang door hangers, pick up yard sign.
  • Turn in all required paperwork to the Sales Coordinator within 24 hours of the customer signing the contract. This includes a picture of the job and all necessary notes, drawings etc., to adequately communicate the job to the operations department.
  • Be available to answer questions that may arise.
  • Other duties as assigned.
